We are currently hiring a Supervisor for our Purchasing department and our new colleague will perform the following tasks:

• Support for our colleagues from India
• Placing orders at factories
• Checking and tracing the orders placed at factories
• Making statistical statements
• Verifying pro-forma invoices, invoices, etc.
• Updating delivery dates
• Prioritizing the orders according to the requirements of the Sales Department

Profile / Qualification:

• University degree
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good language skills in spoken and written English and German
• Communication skills as well as the ability to deliver independent and well-structured work projects
• Willingness to travel
