Now we are looking for a Demand Analyst to join our team:
Purpose Statement: Responsible for the coordination and development of a master production schedule. Coordinate this schedule with the customer focused team to optimize customer satisfaction, meet desired inventory levels and support the site revenue plan.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Review all engineering change order activity for impact on current schedule including both open and planned work orders and coordinates shortage resolution. Ensure demand planning inputs and outputs properly reflect the updated configuration and impacted.
- Review and approve all customer demand prior to entering into MRP. Analyze and update changes in accordance to the customer contract in a timely manner.
- Review all changes in demand and determine material availability (“what if”). Work closely with customer team to revise the production schedule. Generate MRP and ensure the output is valid prior to releasing the Purchasing team.
- Ensure that the production schedule is clearly communicated to the Focused Factory Group Leaders and other applicable parties, same with changes to the schedule (i.e. Pull-ins, Push-outs, ECO’s, etc.).
- Maintain the integrity of the work order schedule and firming of work orders based on PO coverage and material availability. Monitor the schedule and notify customer team of potential problems meeting customer demand.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field is preferred.
- 4 years of related experience is required; Very good English.
