Now we are looking for a Production Planner to join our team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with the Focus Factory Manager & Program Manager to understand the priorities related to the demand forecast;
- Establish & review the production schedule to ensure customer commitments are met;
- Understand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of Focus Factory;
- Monitor production schedule performance to ensure the demand forecast is on track;
- Monitor the amount of material released to the Focus Factory to prevent excess inventory.
- Assist in the coordination of Material Handler activities to ensure inventory needs are communicated;
- Assess part availability to ensure correct quantities are available for production;
- Coordinate with demand analyst equivocal to meet the material release schedule;
- Expedite material releases & production schedules to communicate the changing needs of the Focus Factory;
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in EMS.
- Communication skills, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
